CC&R Reminders –
CC&R Reminders – Covenants, Conditions & Restrictions (CC&R's) are issued to each homeowner by the closing attorney or the seller at the house closing. Please ensure that you have reviewed and understand the CC&R’s and see that they are adhered to. The result of homeowner cooperation with the CC&R’s is that homes in our community will enjoy higher standards and accordingly have higher values than similar homes in neighborhoods that don't have our values. Additional copies of the CC&R’s are available from Cedar Management Group.
Speed Limit Reminder –
The speed limit through Madison Park is 25 mph. Many of us have witnessed the excessive speeds of some vehicles as they enter and continue through our neighborhood. Help us keep our children and pets safe by abiding by the speed limit. Also remind your teen drivers of the speed limit. Thank you.
Pick Up After Your Pet Reminder –
This is a gentle reminder to pick up after your pet.
Turn on Your Porch Light –
Well-lit areas are much safer and reduce break-ins. Help keep our neighborhood safe and turn on your porch and garage lights on at dusk.
Neighborhood Signs-
If homeowners would like a sign to show that they are having a yard sell they should ask A BOARD MEMBER for the Madison Park dry erase boards. On Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays, "For Sale” signs can also be used; otherwise signs are not allowed to be put in the common areas.
